Q: What counts as an active project?
A: Any project with a status of 'Active' counts toward your plan limit. Projects marked as 'Completed' or 'Draft' do not count. You can archive completed projects at any time.
Q: Can I pause my subscription?
A: Yes. You can pause at any time from your account settings. Your projects and data remain intact.
Q: Does Oblige process payments?
A: No — not yet. Oblige tracks payment obligations and status. Actual payment transfers happen through your existing methods. Embedded payment processing is on the roadmap.
Q: Is e-sign included?
A: Not in the current version. Oblige generates the agreement PDF. You handle signing through your preferred method (DocuSign, HelloSign, wet signature). E-sign integration is planned.
Q: Is this legally binding?
A: Oblige generates structured agreement documents based on legally reviewed templates. Whether an agreement is binding depends on how it is executed (signed, accepted). We recommend having your attorney review any agreement before use.
